Who am I?

I am passionate . . . in everything I do and create. I strive to create and design Art and crafty products with timeless style and chic appeal. I strive to be different and create things with a unique twist. I create to share my thoughts and feelings at that immediate moment in an artistic level.

I enjoy sharing the love I have in trying new crafty techniques and combine mediums that typically would not go together. Occasionally, I will break rules and cross boundaries to see what mediums will blend and will not. My techniques come from my articulate way of thinking in terms of abstract. Some techniques also come from a combination of many courses and workshops currently attending and have attended in the past and I almost always finish each product with my own unique twist. I have learned many levels of Art in paper, fabric and Fiber from some Internationally well known Artists, books, and DVD workshops as well.

I love texture, sparkles, HOT pink, and neon colors with a splash of black, and funky Art and home decor. I love to travel, hike, swim and “dance like nobody is watching”. I love all things chic, creative and trend setting.

I live in a smoke free, pet free environment in San Antonio TX with my three teenage boys and support local Artists and events. I am a current board member of the Fiber Artists in San Antonio and manage publicity and the annual Gallery Exhibition duties. I am also a member of the San Antonio Visual Arts Group and League of Arts in Live Oak. Most of all I have been blessed with a long term career with a local Fortune 500 company. Welcome to my world.
